[Working principle of sand sucker]
The vacuum pump is driven by the electric motor and generates vacuum sucking force, which is used to suck the abrasive from the sand sucking pipe to the sand collecting bucket to finish sand sucking, during which time, in order to prevent and reduce dust from being sucked into the vacuum pump, the one-stage cyclone dust collector and the two-stage pulse back flush cartridge dust collector are operating, finally making the dust-containing air up to the environmental protection requirements of the national standard: less than 120mg/m3.
[System composition]
The sand sucker mainly comprises the power unit, the dust collecting unit, the sand collecting bucket and the automatic control system.
[Scope of application]
It’s mainly applied to the recovery of abrasive for segments of a ship body in the sand blast workshop as well to the recovery of abrasive for the oil hold in a special ship coating project; and it’s also used for the recovery of abrasive in large-sized sand blast booths.
