Pre-sale service:
1. Provide professional consulting services for you free of charge, make multiple schemes for you to chose, and recommend the most suitable product for you;
2. Design and manufacture special non-standard products for you according to your special requirements, provide professional technical consulting service for you free of charge, and draw up similar equipment selection schemes for your reference.
In-sale service:
Equipment manufacturing progress notification: Notify you of the progress of equipment manufacturing in time strictly in accordance with the relevant clauses of the contract; provide you with the technical requirements for equipment installation in time, ensure that the equipment will be installed properly and put into operation smoothly.
Post-sale service:
1. Provide equipment warrant service for you. All of our products will be accompanied by an after-sale service card with a warranty period of one year (except for wearing parts), and life-long repair services (provide preferential parts) will be provided for equipment;
2. Provide professional technical training free of charge to help train qualified operators for you;
3. Guide installation and commissioning at the site free of charge;
4. After receiving your quality feedback information, a satisfactory treatment scheme will be provided to you by phone within 4 hours; for failures which can’t be solved by phone call instruction, we will send special commissioners to provide field services within 48 hours.
5. Contact with you by phone and make door-stop visits regularly, monitor the operating condition of equipment, and give maintenance instructions to operators.
