[Project tower spray line]
As regards the design of coating line for structural components of engineering machineries, we improved the shot blast and coating lines of relevant engineering machinery enterprises. Large engineering machinery enterprises in China, manufacturing and installation of shot blast and coating equipment, and the selection and planning design of processes.
[Process design]
It employs the “double coating & double drying” process, with single shot blast station. The state-of-art engineering machinery coating technique is often double coating & single drying; triple coating & double drying; triple coating & triple drying; or even quadruple coating & single drying.
[Block conveying system]
Electric block conveying chain is adopted for conveyance. To ensure safety and reliability of the chain block, the paint spray booth, the leveling-up booth and the drying booth all have a double-level design. The passing area of the chain block is separated from the working area. The leveling-up booth and the drying booth have a structure which is similar to that of the paint spray booth. For the paint spray booth, the quality of spray coating is much lower than the ordinary water cyclone spray booth, because oil, dust or ion chip will certainly drop from the chain block and suspension rail on the top; in consideration of safety, its safety factor must be much lower, the leveling-up booth in particular, because of the low volume of air pumped and supplied, which may lead to safety problem. For the drying booth, as the hot air is lighter, the chain block passes above the drying booth, and as there are grooves on the top of the drying booth, which means not good leak tightness, a lot of heat will be consumed; the suspension chain may generate chips and granules when rubbing the rubber gasket of the channel on its way.
