Environmentally-friendly burnishing booth
[Equipment function]
This equipment is mainly used for dust collection and filtering when a work piece is being burnished. It provides a clean and hygienic work space for burnishing the surface of work pieces. The whole set of equipment has ventilation, air cleaning and waste gas treatment functions; it prevents dust from dispersing and polluting the environment, thus to meet the standard emission requirements, and ensure a good working environment for operators in the burnishing booth.
[Equipment structure]
The polishing booth is mainly composed of the booth body system, the lighting system, the air supply and exhaust system, the air cleaning system, the waste gas treatment system, and the control system.
[Working principle of equipment]
Open the main power switch to turn the fan control button to on, at which time, the exhaust fan starts working, and the outdoor air is driven by the air supply fan, passes the primary filter system, enters the air inlet, then enters the static pressure chamber of the burnishing booth, and enters the booth before passing the sub-high efficient filter system. To bring clean, uniform and stable down air flow for burnishing and partial paint spray, the mixture of paint fog and air generated during burnishing and paint spraying, after being treated twice at the bottom of the burnishing booth and the environmental protection device, is exhausted into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan through the exhaust pipeline.
