[Working principle of cyclone dust collector]
The single-cylinder cyclone air stream has different inertial centrifugal forces to dust particles and air, making the dust particles separated from the air stream. Dust-laden air stream enters the cylinder from the air inlet in the tangential direction at a speed of 12~25m/s, making helical motions downward between the external cylinder and the central vent pipe. Inertial centrifugal forces are generated in helical motions. The dust, in one direction, is affected by the motion of the air stream and spins down, and in the other direction, is affected by the centrifugal forces and spreads outward gradually near the wall of the cylinder. Finally, it contacts the inner wall of the external cylinder, spins and slides down along the inner wall, and is collected that the ash outlet at the bottom of the middle and emitted from this outlet. The air, which is almost not affected by the centrifugal effects for its low mass, goes to the center of the dust collector as the cone shrinks, then goes up under the effects of the resistance at the bottom, forming a rising rotational flow, which is discharged from the upper end of the exhaust pipe to achieve the aim of dust collecting.
[Characteristics of cyclone dust collector]
Characteristics: Small resistance, high dust collecting efficiency, high air handling capacity, stable performance, small floor space, simple structure, practical use, and low price.
[Wet dust collector]
Our wet type dust collector comes in two types, i.e. water bath and spray. The dust-laden air is pressed by the sucking force of the high pressure centrifugal fan to a water channel filled with water of certain level, and then water or other liquids act with the dust-laden air to remove dust. When dust particles meet water drops, water film or wet machine arm or component, the wetting, condensation, diffusion and sedimentation will happen, thus to make dust apart from the air to achieve the goal of air cleaning. The wet dust collector uses water as the vector, but is not suitable for removing viscous dust. The wet dust collector has many advantages, including low cost, simple operation, small floor space, concurrent harmful gas cleaning, dust-laden air cooling and humidifying. It’s very suitable for purifying highly humid high-temperature gases of explosion hazards. However, as it uses water as the cleaning agent, sewage containing mud must be treated properly to meet the environmental emission standard.
[Characteristics of water dust collector]
1. The wet dust collector can effectively remove 0.1-20mm liquid or solid particles from the air flow.
2. It has many advantages including low investment cost, simple structure, high dust collecting efficiency, very few removable spare parts, convenient operation and maintenance, and small floor space.
3. It can clean harmful gas and cools and humidifies smoke concurrently, so it’s very suitable for dealing with highly humid high-temperature explosive and combustible gases
